Bring the bold, tangy flavors of Mexican taquería-style Al Pastor home with Güero y María's Al Pastor Bomb Kit. Create flavorful tacos, quesadillas, bowls, and tortas using an easy marinade and your grill, oven, or air fryer.

INGREDIENTS

California pepper, raw sugar cane, sea salt, garlic, annatto, black pepper, chipotle pepper, cinnamon

HEAT & FLAVOR

Sweet • Tangy • Rich • Savory Inspired by Mexico City trompos, with bold street-taco flavor and the perfect balance of tangy chile, warm spices, and slow-roasted depth.

HOW TO USE IT 
  • BLEND: 1 Bomb + ½ cup white vinegar. Blend into a paste. No water.
  • COAT: Rub onto 3 lb thinly sliced pork, beef, or chicken. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight.
  • COOK: Grill medium-high: pork/beef 6–8 min, chicken 12–16 min. Oven 425°F on a sheet pan: pork/beef 15–20 min, chicken 20–25 min. Air fryer 400°F in batches: pork/beef 20 min, chicken 18–22 min. Flip halfway. Best flavor: cook in lard or another cooking oil. Pork/beef: 145°F with a 3-minute rest; chicken: 165°F.
