We were at a local market, just having fun, selling a few jars of homemade sauce and seeing what happened. What happened was this: people kept coming back.

As the weeks passed, we realized it wasn’t just about the heat — it was about the flavor, the balance, and the memories that real ingredients bring to the table.

Our sauces started as something for friends and neighbors, and slowly grew into something bigger. Today, our products are still handmade in Quincy, WA — every batch roasted, mixed, and bottled with the same care as day one.

We’re proud of the roots we come from: markets, family kitchens, fire-roasted chiles, and handwritten recipes. And we’re just as proud to bring that to tables far beyond our hometown.
